Due to an unfortunately high number of late treatment cancellations, from the 31st of October 2022, appointments for all treatments will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of your treatment(s).

You can use our online booking system’s secure payment platform, Timely Pay (powered by Stripe), or we can call you to confirm the booking and take your deposit payment over the phone. All online bookings will require payment of the relevant deposit(s) via Timely Pay.

Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal if preferred – please inform us if you would prefer this method and the relevant details will be sent to you via email or text message. Your appointment will only be confirmed once payment of the deposit is received, so if you would prefer to use these methods then please provide the deposit in a timely manner to avoid losing your preferred appointment date and time.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits for cancellations made in more than 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment can be rolled over to a new booking date, as arranged upon notification of cancellation. This allows us to attempt to fill the appointment slot with one of the many other patients who are looking to be treated as soon as possible.

If cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date, your deposit will be lost and will be required again if booked at a later date.

Should you not arrive for your appointment for any of our treatments, without making suitable arrangements with our Hydroptherapists, the outstanding amount due for your treatments will be charged from the stored card used to take the deposit.

Unfortunately, we are having to take a hard stance against no-shows, due to an increased number of occurrences and a higher demand for treatments.

Please let us know at the very earliest opportunity if you are unable to make any of your appointments.

We will always do our utmost to accommodate you, however, please bear in mind that, in many cases, our services are required for those with health issues.
